Marcel's Portion Pak, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. It was founded in 1970 to serve the South Florida Hotel Industry. Throughout the years, it has developed from a State Inspected Plant, to a USDA Inspected Plant, to meet the needs of not only South Florida, but the Continental United States and the Carribeans. This includes mayor hotel chains such as Hyatts, Sheratons, Hiltons, Westins and Radissons, just to name a few.
It has also broaden its horizons by supplying goods to the Airlines, Airports, Cruise Ships, Restaurants and Caterers beside the Hotel Industry.
Upon the ever increasing demand, we have acquired state of the art equipment for both the office and productions departments in order to help facilitate the fast expediting of orders.
We have also trained our staff to meet our customers needs in every detail, from a high quality product to a personal service with a smile.
When it comes to specialty products, we have an In-House International Chef ready to help you, or to answer any questions you might have concerning specifications.
We are conveniently located in a 15,000 square foot Plant, next to the Opa-Locka Airport and Alterman Transport Lines.
