The position is responsible for managing sales activities including supervision of contracts, and direct sales of our products across the world. Being also responsible for sourcing of meat product from the Latin America market, spearheading an organization's global sales efforts and driving revenue growth across international markets. Strong sales track record with the ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities concurrently with shifting time frames, and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through. Meet our revenue targets, we should always be looking for international markets opportunities for Marcel's to make an impact and always be closing. Identify and secure new customers and suppliers directly. This requires the establishment of relationships with the key decision makers and influencers in the various organizations, understanding their current and product’s needs, and working to find the right product for them. Identify opportunities for alternative go-to-market strategies and be able to defend them internally. Represent Marcel's at worldwide food shows and events.
REQUIREMENTS: 24 months of experience in the position. Alternatively, the employer accepts 24 months of experience as a manager, director, COO, or similar type of management or executive position +Food Manager, Food Safety, or similar Certificate. Alternatively, instead of a certificate any type of similar training.
