CHICKEN V WINGS

The Chicken V-Wing is produced by cutting a whole wing between the first and second wing segment. The first segment - drumette is removed. The second segment - flat (the ulna and radius), and the third segment - tip (the metacarpals and phalange) are the main parts of this type of wing.
